About Us

Here at Section 8, we are passionate about Crossfit and fitness in general honestly. In fact, our name is a shout out to that passion. (Section 8 is military slang for crazy, we have military roots and we’re crazy about Crossfit!)

Here we focus on improving overall fitness and general physical preparedness (GPP). We do that by using CrossFit (constantly varied, functional movements done at high intensity), Flex, Total Fit and Weightlifting and mix it all in with nutrition that supports a healthy lifestyle. Top it off with a community that will push you when you want to give up and support you like you have never experienced before, its not hard to see why we are completely different than a regular gym!
